2 Startups ที่ขยายผลจากงานวิจัยของอาจารย์คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ คว้าทุนสนับสนุนด้านเทคโนโลยีอาหารและการเกษตร (Food and Agriculture Technology) จาก Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP)

คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ Food Tech Startups (ภายใต้การดูแลของ Forefood Accelerator) จำนวน 5 กิจการ (DAORUANG X, ICANN, TRUMKIN, EASE UP FOOD, EXX PLANT ORIGIN) 

ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจาก Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) ประเทศฮ่องกง ภายใต้โปรแกรม “HK Sandbox 2024”

โดย Startups 2 กิจการ ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกในครั้งนี้ ได้ต่อยอดงานวิจัยจากผลงานของอาจารย์คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ 

- EASE UP FOOD กับการต่อยอดผลงานวิจัย “ผลิตภัณฑ์เส้นบะหมี่โปรตีนพืชอบแห้ง โปรตีนสูง 20 กรัม”งานวิจัยตีพิมพ์เรื่อง “Comparison of rheological properties of wet gluten: creep-recovery and biaxial compression” ผลงานโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปวาลี ชมภูรัตน์ ธฤติธนเกียรติ์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาเทคโนโลยีการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร

- EXX PLANT ORIGIN กับผลิตภัณฑ์ “ผงทดแทนไข่” จากการต่อยอดงานวิจัย “การปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตรำข้าวไฮโดรไลเสทในระดับนำร่องการผลิตและการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีสู่เชิงพาณิชย์” ผลงานโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.เอกสิทธิ์ จงเจริญรักษ์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาวิศวกรรมอาหาร คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร

ซึ่ง Startups ทุกกิจการที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าสู่โปรแกรม “HK Sandbox 2024”  จะได้รับการสนับสนุนทางธุรกิจในด้านต่างๆ พร้อมเงินทุนสนับสนุนถึง 1.39 ล้านดอลลาร์ฮ่องกง (ประมาณ 6.5 ล้านบาท) จาก HKSTP เพื่อเริ่มต้นธุรกิจในตลาดฮ่องกงและร่วมสร้างNetworking กับธุรกิจนานาชาติอีกมากมาย 

2 startups that expanded on research from professors at the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, have secured funding in the field of Food and Agriculture Technology from the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP)

The Faculty of Agro-Industry congratulates five food tech startups (under the guidance of Forefood Accelerator) – DAORUANG X, ICANN, TRUMKIN, EASE UP FOOD, and EXX PLANT ORIGIN – for being selected by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park (HKSTP) under the "HK Sandbox 2024" program

 2 of the selected startups have extended research projects conducted by professors at the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University 

- EASE UP FOOD with the research extension of the “High-Protein Plant-Based Dried Noodle Product, 20g Protein.” The research, titled "Comparison of rheological properties of wet gluten: creep-recovery and biaxial compression," was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat from the Division of Product Development Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry. 

- EXX PLANT ORIGIN with the product “Egg Substitute Powder,” extending the research titled "Pilot-scale production and technology transfer of rice bran hydrolysate process improvement," conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Akkasit Jongjareonrak from the Division of Food Engineering, Faculty of Agro-Industry.

All startups selected for the “HK Sandbox 2024” program will receive various business support, along with funding of up to 1.39 million Hong Kong dollars (approximately 6.5 million baht) from HKSTP to kickstart their businesses in the Hong Kong market and network with numerous international businesses
