The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, congratulates Dr. Kamon Yakul, a lecturer in the Biotechnology program, on receiving funding for developing new researchers at Chiang Mai University for the year 2024. Project Title: Scaling up the extraction of bioactive compounds from coffee cherry pulp using supercritical carbon dioxide and evaluating its potential in inhibiting type 2 diabetes.
