The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, congratulates Assistant Professor Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat for winning the Best Food for Future Award in the Future Food category at the Hylife Innovation Excellence Awards 2024. The winning entry was a high-protein noodle developed to support a startup company.
