ด้วย JASSO (Japan student service organization) ประกาศทุนสนับสนุนโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา (ทุนสำหรับการศึกษาในระยะสั้นที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น) ประจำปี 2025 ภายใต้โครงการ Researcher development program for evaluation of biodiversity and utilization technology of plant function in Asia” ซึ่งมีกำหนดระยะเวลา 6 เดือน ระหว่างเดือนตุลาคม 2568 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม 2569 ณ Yamagata University ประเทศญี่ปุ่น จำนวน 2 ทุน

เงื่อนไขผู้สมัครต้องมีคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้น ดังนี้ 
1. ต้องมีสัญชาติไทย
2. กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีที่ 3-4 หรือปริญญาโทชั้นปีที่ 1-2 หรือปริญญาเอกชั้นปีที่ 1-3

หมายเหตุ
1. JASSO สนับสนุนค่าครองชีพ 80,000 เยนต่อเดือน
2. นักศึกษาเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับ
3. Yamagata University เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบและจัดหาที่พักให้

Announcement of Student Exchange Support Program
(Scholarship for Short-Term Study in Japan) FY2025

Program Outline
JASSO (Japan student service organization (https://www.jasso.go.jp/en/index.html) offers scholarship for qualified international students who are accepted by a Japanese university under a student exchange agreement or other student exchange arrangement on a short-term basis for six months between Japanese university and their home higher educational institution outside Japan.

Details of program
The title of program is “Researcher development program for evaluation of biodiversity and utilization technology of plant function in Asia”. The students enroll as special auditors and carry out research including laboratory work and field work under the guidance of a supervisor at Graduate school/Faculty of Agriculture, Yamagata University. Title of research is determined after discussion with supervisor. The students also study some subjects such as seminar.

Scholarship
Acceptance: 2 students from CMU
Duration: 6 months (Less than 6 months cannot accept. Detail duration period is decided by the discussion with supervisors & coordinator.)
Source of Scholarship: JASSO
Monthly stipend: 80,000 JPN YEN per month

Eligibility for Application
The applicant must satisfy following conditions:
1. Applicants must hold the nationality of Thailand.
2. We do not accept students who will graduate from Chiang Mai University during the stay in Japan.
3. Do not proceed to next degree (Under graduate -> Master course and Master course -> Doctor course) during the stay in Japan.
4. Applicants must enroll in the 3-4 year of undergraduate course, 1-5 year of Master course or 1-3 of Ph.D course.

Notes:
1. Air ticket : Personal expense.
2. Accommodation : Shared type student dormitory will be provided from YU.
Rent fee: \10,000 – 15,000 JPN YEN/room/month (Two-person shared room).
All other expenditures such as electricity, water, heating etc. are not included in this expense.
