คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากคณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มช.
13 มกราคม 2569: คณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร ได้ให้การต้อนรับนักศึกษาจาก สาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อม (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ มช. ในโอกาสเข้าศึกษาดูงานและเยี่ยมชม ห้องปฏิบัติการแปรรูปอาหาร และโรงงานต้นแบบคณะอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร โดยมีนักศึกษาเข้าร่วมจำนวน 20 คน พร้อมอาจารย์ผู้สอนร่วมดูแลกิจกรรม
การเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก อาจารย์ ดร.พรจันทร์ วอลเตอร์ อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีการอาหาร เป็นวิทยากรพาชมและให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับเทคโนโลยีการผลิตอาหารและมาตรการความปลอดภัยในโรงงานต้นแบบ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและประสบการณ์จริงให้แก่นักศึกษา และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจในการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีอาหารต่อไป

On January 13, 2026, the Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, warmly welcomed students from the Environmental Science Program (International Program), Faculty of Science, CMU for a study visit and tour of the Food Processing Laboratory and Pilot Plant at the Faculty of Agro-Industry. The visit included 20 students, accompanied by their instructors.
This visit was honored by Dr. Ponjan Walter, a lecturer in the Department of Food Science and Technology, who served as the guide and speaker. Dr. Ponjan provided insights into food production technologies and safety measures in the pilot plant, aiming to enhance students’ understanding and hands-on experience, as well as inspire them to further develop their knowledge in food science and technology.
